„easyconnect“ sistemą sudaro du komponentai: unikalus dangtelis, kuris yra iš anksto sumontuotas ant konteinerių, ir jungtis. Kartu jie gali sutaupyti laiko ir pastangų pildant purkštuvą, žymiai sumažinant operatoriaus poveikį ir išsiliejimo riziką.
GREIČIAU
- Integruotas jungiamasis kištukas. „easyconnect“ dangtelis turi integruotą jungiamąjį kištuką, todėl nereikia folijos sandarinimo. Mova ištuštinant atidaro jungiamąjį kištuką, tada išvalo ir vėl užsandarina talpyklą, todėl ji yra visiškai nepralaidi.
- Lengva naudoti jungtis. Talpyklos ištuštinimo procesas yra pusiau automatinis, valdomas paprastu svirties paspaudimu, kai butelis užsifiksuoja.
- Greitas dozavimas. Naudojant „easyconnect“ norimą tūrį galima išmatuoti naudojant permatomą skalę, esančią ant talpyklos, kuri yra pritvirtinta prie jungties, arba per bet kurią kitą su ja susietą išorinę matavimo sistemą.
LENGVIAU
- Lengvas valdymas. „easyconnect“ palaiko talpyklą ištuštinant, skalaujant ir sandarinant.
- Integruotas skalavimas. Po visiško ištuštinimo integruota skalavimo sistema visiškai išvalo konteinerį. Norint ištuštinti pakuotę iš dalies, jungiamojo kištuko ir dangtelio išorė nuvaloma, kad talpykla būtų paruošta kitam naudojimui.
- Adapterio nereikia. Dangteliai bus iš anksto sumontuoti ant įvairių gaminių.
SAUGIAU
„easyconnect“ sumažina operatoriaus poveikio ir išsiliejimo riziką šiais būdais:
- Tiesioginis perpylimas. Uždara sistema leidžia produktus perpilti tiesiai iš talpyklos į purškimo baką.
- Integruotas skalavimas. Tiek talpą, tiek dangtelį galima nuplauti naudojant integruotą skalavimo svirtį, esančią ant „easyconnect“ jungties.
- Pritvirtinas dangtelis. Naudojant „easyconnect“, dangtelio niekada nereikia atsukti ar nuimti rankiniu būdu.

DANGTELIS

Jungiamasis kištukas saugiai talpina gaminį iki kito naudojimo.
Apsauginis dangtelis nuo dulkių suteikia papildomą apsaugą, kad į prijungimo kištuką nepatektų dulkių ir šiukšlių.
MOVA
Mova jungiama prie purkštuvo bako, kad produktas būtų perkeltas į purkštuvą.
Technikui reikia tik vieną kartą sumontuoti movą, o tada ji yra paruošta naudoti.
UŽDARYTA PERDAVIMO SISTEMA
Prie movos prijungtas konteineris su „easyconnect“ dangteliu.
Naudojant kartu, „easyconnect“ dangtelis ir jungtis yra saugesnis ir efektyvesnis būdas lengvai ištuštinti įvairių formų ir dydžių konteinerius, nei naudojant įprastinius užpildymo būdus.
„easyconnect CTS“ veikia be adapterio ar folijos sandariklio. Unikalus dangtelis sukurtas taip, kad atitiktų visus IS 63 pramonės standartus atitinkančius konteinerius, nepriklausomai nuo konteinerio dydžio ir gamintojo.
„easyconnect“ dangtelis, iš anksto sumontuotas ant talpyklos, leidžia tiesiogiai ir švariai prijungti talpyklą prie jungties, kad būtų sukurta tikra „uždara sistema“.
„easyconnect“ dangtelį taip pat galima atsukti rankiniu būdu, kad būtų galima naudoti tradiciniu užpildymo būdu, jei nėra movos.
IŠPYLIMAS
Norėdami ištuštinti talpyklą, jungties zondas įstumia vidinį „easyconnect“ dangtelio jungiamąjį kištuką į talpyklą, tokiu būdu leidžiant skysčio turinį per jungtį išpilti į baką.
„easyconnect“ sistema leidžia visiškai arba iš dalies pašalinti gaminį, nes jungtis prieš atjungiant automatiškai vėl uždaro talpyklą.
Dalinis pakuotės išpylimas:
Konkretus produkto kiekis gali būti išpilstytas judinant valdymo rankenėlę pirmyn ir atgal, kad būtų galima valdyti ištuštinimo greitį.
Tūrį galima išmatuoti naudojant matavimo skalę ant talpyklos arba ant permatomos siurbimo žarnos
„easyconnect“ dangtelis yra pakartotinai uždaromas ir nepralaidus, taroje likę gaminiai yra saugūs ir tinkami kitam naudojimui.
VALYMAS
„easyconnect“ sistemoje yra integruota skalavimo sistema.
Kad būtų galima visiškai ištuštinti, ji išvalo tuščią talpyklą, dangtelį ir jungiamąjį kištuką, kad tara būtų paruošta perdirbimui.
Dalinio pakuotės ištuštinimo atveju sistema išvalo siurbimo žarną ir jungiamąjį kamštį.
MEDŽIAGOS
„easyconnect“ dangtelis pagamintas iš HDPE ir gali būti perdirbtas pagal vietinius reikalavimus.

The easyconnect caps are accessible to all crop protection manufacturers to equip their product portfolio. As of 2021, the easyconnect system is supported by ADAMA, BASF, Belchim, Certis, Corteva Agriscience, FMC, Nufarm, Rovensa and Syngenta. This implementation by a large number of industry leaders provides farmers with the freedom to choose from a wide range of products that are compatible with the easyconnect system.
The easyconnect cap is suitable for all containers with the industry standard IS 63 neck, irrespective of container size and manufacturer. IS 63 covers container sizes of 1 litre (l), 3l, 5l, 10l and 15l. The intention of the companies supporting the easyconnect system is to steadily increase the number of products in Europe equipped with the easyconnect cap.
The easyconnect system does not require an adapter, maximizing farmer convenience.
Yes. The easyconnect caps can be unscrewed and re-screwed onto containers like any conventional cap.
The coupler will be marketed by easyconnect coupler suppliers e.g. Pentair through different channels. Click here to access a commercial partner for your country.
Pentair, as one of the first coupler suppliers, is continuously improving the design of the coupler based on farmers’ feedback from the pilots. Once the design has been finalized, pricing information will be made available by Pentair. The price of the coupler will be determined by each coupler manufacturer.
Authorized sprayer specialists can provide installation services and maintenance for the coupler, if required.
Depending on the sprayer used, the handling of high volumes of crop protection products can be faster with easyconnect. Farmers in the pilot studies report that the speed of emptying and rinsing a single product container using easyconnect is faster or comparable to using the induction bowl. Emptying and rinsing is also easier and safer with easyconnect due to fast extraction of product and integrating rinsing functionality.
The easyconnect system is designed for liquid crop protection products only. For the closed transfer of solid products, a different system will have to be developed in the future.
Many containers are translucent and/or are equipped with a scale to allow visual measuring of volumes. Volumes can also be measured via a scale on the suction hose. The closure system of the coupler enables complete or partial emptying of the product as the coupler automatically re-closes the container prior to disconnecting. The easyconnect cap is resealable and leak-proof. A dust cover secures the remaining product until the next usage. Advanced measuring solutions are under development by the machinery industry.
Sprayer manufacturers have signalled an interest in including the coupler on new machinery upon request. Please contact your local sprayer dealer to discuss.
When using crop protection products, it is a legal obligation for operators to wear the personal protection equipment indicated on the product label.
Studies conducted show a significant reduction of operator exposure when closed transfer systems are used. The results of these studies will be presented to regulatory authorities in Europe.
Never transfer an easyconnect cap to other containers.
The easyconnect products should only be used with official easyconnect coupler systems.
